How does the experience begin?

All initial inquiries are made via email.

 

Once we receive your request, we begin by discussing your vision, guest count, setting, and dietary considerations. From there, I curate a seasonal proposal tailored specifically to your table. Once approved, your date is secured, and the details are refined.

Are your menus fixed?

SEZON works in rhythm with the seasons. Ingredients are chosen at their peak, and menus are composed to reflect that moment in time. Your preferences, the occasion, and the environment all shape the final experience.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is customized for each event and reflects:

  • Guest count
  • Seasonal ingredient selection
  • Menu format (plated, tasting, family-style, canapé reception)
  • Service requirements
  • Location and logistics

Because each gathering is uniquely designed, proposals are provided following consultation.

How far in advance should I book?

For intimate private dining, 3–4 weeks’ notice is recommended.

For larger gatherings or peak seasonal dates, earlier inquiries are encouraged to secure availability.

 

Where do you operate?

SEZON serves Ottawa and the surrounding regions. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit secures your date. Due to seasonal sourcing and preparation planning, cancellations made within the agreed timeframe may result in partial or full retention of the deposit.
